Steve Clark dead 29 years ago today. I remember exactly how I heard at 5pm as I was in London's Covent Garden . I knew Clark really well and saw him a month before he died, it was like talking to a person I didn't know . He just asked me for 'Coke' . Do I feel bad ? . No he was an addict and had everything he could wish for in the world and he threw it all away. All that complete crap about White Lightning and Steaming Steve. He was a drug addict and a drunk. Saying that he is sorely missed by both band and fans .
